1 General Terms and Acceptance

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 555bit Platform — including the sportsbook, casino lobby, live dealer tables, crash games, or any account-management feature — you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. Acceptance is automatic upon first use of the Platform; no separate signature or checkbox confirmation is required, although account registration does require you to tick the acceptance box during the sign-up process.

555bit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via the email address on file. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated document. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail. All communications between 555bit and registered players — including account notifications, bonus confirmations, withdrawal receipts, and support correspondence — are conducted in English.

1.1 Platform Availability

555bit makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available at all times. However, availability may be interrupted for scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, payment system downtime, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, civil unrest, or infrastructure failures. 555bit is not liable for losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability, provided that any open bets or active casino sessions are settled or voided fairly in accordance with the relevant game rules.

1.2 Language and Currency

The Platform operates exclusively in English. All odds, game instructions, promotional terms, balance displays, and account statements are presented in English using Bangladeshi Taka (৳) as the base currency. 2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 555bit Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. If we have any reason to suspect that a registered user is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all pending withdrawals held pending completion of a formal age verification review.

2.1 Jurisdictional Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure that accessing and using the 555bit Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which they are connecting. 555bit does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in Bangladesh or any other territory. By registering an account, you warrant that you have made your own independent determination that use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2.2 Restricted Persons

The following individuals are not permitted to register or maintain an account on 555bit:

• Any person who has previously had an account closed by 555bit for breach of these Terms, fraud, or misrepresentation.
• Any person who has registered a self-exclusion with 555bit and whose self-exclusion period has not yet expired.
• Any employee, contractor, or affiliate of 555bit or its partner studios and payment providers, where such registration creates a conflict of interest.
• Any person acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, a third party without the express written consent of 555bit.

3 Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of 555bit services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must complete the account registration process via the 555bit Login page. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration. 555bit reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided during registration or at any point thereafter. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe specified by 555bit may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 555bit account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. 3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

555bit may at any time request that you complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet showing matching name and number).
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed a threshold defined by 555bit's internal compliance policy.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the 555bit Platform — deposits and withdrawals — are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 555bit supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players:

4.1 Deposit Conditions

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name and matches the details on your 555bit account. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account being suspended. 555bit does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. 555bit reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the specific bonus claimed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

555bit offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet offers, accumulator boosts, live casino cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to BPL seasons, IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). 5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a numeric multiplier (e.g., 10x means a ৳1,000 bonus must generate ৳10,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal). • Players who are found to be exploiting bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage strategies, or other techniques designed to extract guaranteed profit from bonuses — will have their bonus balance forfeited and may have their accounts permanently closed.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a 555bit account and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the current welcome bonus offer. The specific welcome bonus amount, percentage, minimum qualifying deposit, and wagering requirements applicable at the time of registration are displayed on the promotions page within your account. 555bit reserves the right to alter the welcome bonus structure at any time; the terms in effect at the moment of your first qualifying deposit will apply to your welcome bonus.

6 Betting and Casino Game Rules

All sports betting markets on 555bit — including live cricket in-play markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — are governed by the individual market rules displayed on the relevant bet slip or market page. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager.

6.1 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled as soon as the relevant outcome is confirmed by official sources. For cricket markets, 555bit uses results published by the International Cricket Council (ICC), Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), and official league administrators (e.g., BPL governing body, BCCI for IPL). In the event of a result dispute, 555bit's ruling is final, provided it is consistent with official published results. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes returned to player balances unless the specific market rules state otherwise.

6.2 Casino and RNG Games

All RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, and other studio partners — are governed by the individual game rules accessible from within each game. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any given session. 6.3 Live Dealer Games

6.4 Errors and Technical Faults

Players who have knowingly exploited a manifest error to place wagers at prices that are clearly inconsistent with fair market value may have their winnings withheld in full.

7 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of 555bit, you agree to use the Platform in good faith, in compliance with these Terms, and in a manner that does not harm other users, third parties, or the integrity of the Platform itself. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, especially in live poker or tournament formats.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to access or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in Platform code to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Placing bets for the purpose of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in relation to any sport or competition.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including through arbitrage strategies, systematic low-risk staking designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine sporting or gaming intent.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 555bit support staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

555bit employs a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 555bit may act without prior warning, including by suspending access, voiding affected transactions, and withholding balances pending investigation.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

555bit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform or to other users.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their accounts voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request. Prior to closure, any outstanding balance of genuine (non-bonus) funds will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements. Accounts under active investigation or with pending disputes may not be eligible for immediate closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is causing them harm may request a self-exclusion period of between 6 months and 5 years via the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard, or by contacting [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, login access is suspended, all marketing communications are stopped, and any new registration attempts using associated personal details will be declined. 8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555bit's aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim. 555bit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
